9. Prohibition of Unauthorized Audio, Video, and Photographic Recording by the Client
During the treatment, within the premises, and during any demonstrations, consultations, explanations, practical sessions, or training moments, the client, any accompanying persons, and any other individuals present are prohibited from taking photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, live streaming, phone recordings, image captures, screenshots, social media postings, or any other form of unauthorized recording.
This prohibition includes, by way of example:
the ongoing treatment;
the body or parts of the body of the client or third parties;
the face of the practitioner, the client, or other persons present;
technical explanations;
manual techniques;
the method;
educational materials;
the working environment;
private conversations;
personal data or confidential information.
Any audio, video, or photographic recordings may only be made by the client with prior written authorization from the owner or practitioner and, where other identifiable persons are involved, subject to obtaining their respective consent. The client agrees not to publish, share, forward, sell, transfer, or distribute any audio, video, or photographic content relating to the treatment, method, premises, practitioners, or other clients without prior written authorization. Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate termination of the treatment, removal from the premises, and the protection of rights through appropriate legal channels.
